HI! first of all congratulations for your work I'm a fan. I really like this Building, but I'm building an Italian city and certain details (especially the roof) don't fit. So I slightly modified/retextured it to match an Italian style (especially with Zarrix and Armesto's builds). I'd like to share a pack of about twenty Buildings, by various authors, and there's this one too, but since 90% of the work isn't mine, I asked the authors first if they agreed. HI

@Nysosis - I considered making a lvl 1 building, but it looked really weird with only 3 floors. It's up to you whether you want to plop these houses down manually or not.
