Reward "Ding" Remover

Description
Removes the "dinging" sound after killing a special infected, protecting a teammate, or from other actions the game considers worth rewarding.

I do like the silence where simply giving stuff or saving someone without the pinging sound. Though in some cases, it bugs out as if it's borrowing another audio clip from somewhere else if it happens too many times in one go. Good mod overall.
