Sunroad Shinshigai Shopping Arcade

Sunroad Shinshigai is one of three arcaded shopping streets in the Karashimacho area in downtown Kumamoto. With a ceiling height of around 3 stories and a width of about 18 meters, this is bigger than your average neighborhood shotengai! They have a different mix of tenants as well: Trendy cafes, flashy pachinko parlors, luxury hotels, trendy fashion stores, big business chains... the experience feels more like a shopping mall than a shotengai.

If you desire a more generic look, the asset comes with both branded and unbranded pieces. You can skip the "required" Sunroad Shinshigai Prop Pack if you're not interested in the Kumamoto theming. The props are easy to edit, so you are welcome to dump the asset and upload your own reskins.


Limitations: Needs to be placed on flat ground. Uses submeshes so it doesn't play well with Procedural Objects. The asset is a building so you can't use Prop Line Tool. However, it can be placed with exact precision using the method detailed in the screenshots.


サンロード新市街は熊本市の辛島町周辺の中にあるアーケードです。 天井高は3階くらい、幅は約18m、普通の商店街より大きい !　テナントも違う。おしゃれなカフェ、派手なパチンコ店、高級ホテル、トレンディファッション店、大手チェーン店など、商店街よりショッピングモールのような感じです。

もし一般的な外観を望むなら、アセットにはプロップありとプロップなしの両方が付属しています。熊本のテーマに興味がなければ、サンロード新市街プロップパックをスキップすることができます。プロップは編集しやすいので、アセットをダンプする、自分だけのバージョンを作るのも歓迎です。


制限事項がある。 平らな場所に設置する必要があります。サブメッシュを使用しているため、POは相性が悪い。アセットが建物なので、Prop Line Toolは使えません。しかし、スクリーンショットを見ると正確に配置することができます。
