New York Corner Building Pack #4

Description
Please disregard the file size - there are 15 buildings included in this pack. So, if you’re using Loading Screen Manager this amounts to only 4.6 MB in total as all the textures are shared between the 15 buildings. Also none of the buildings have a triangle count higher than 400 (see the last picture).

Included are four corner buildings and one regular blockhouse. They come in three different heights: Version A has a height of 190 ft (58m), Version B is 148 ft (45m) tall and the third variation rises to 108 ft (33m). All are level 3 high residential buildings and the base is 1 unit wide.

This is the last corner set for now. I'm currently working on a bigger project that I finally want to get done. After that you can expect more corner packs. :)

Is it possible that you or another creator can PLEASE make a post-war NYC apartment building, or a pack of them (example: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.5904261,-73.9665725,73a,35y,307.11h,54.23t/data=!3m1!1e3?)? These buildings are *everywhere* in NYC and would be a perfect addition to the workshop :steamthumbsup:

Cool! I wouldn't say they look awkward when squeezed in among similarly tall buildings, like you've done in your screenshots. But would definitively seem out of place at the corner of mid-rise blocks lol. I'll be looking out for future sets. Subbed for sure :steamthumbsup:

No not so much the size, it's just that the angles don't quite fit. I'll try to approximate an appropriate angle that would work. Currently using PO, which also works. Loving the buildings regardless.

@kreaturen: I think a shorter version of this building would have definitely worked as I feel the tallest version looks awkward because of the small footprint. I will keep that in mind for future sets :)
@matthew07: Is the size of the buildings a problem?

Thanks for these, really awesome. It might be just me, but i'm having a little trouble fitting these in the angles required for Broadway, manhattan. Maybe something you could think about for the next batch :)

I like that these can really expand on your other corner buildings by making them more modular for complex angles!

I love this series too. Only thing I could wish for is that you included a forth even lower version, like 4-5 stories high. Something to place out in the borrows you know.
