If you want to be safe and play with this mod, the fix is to just remove any call to the non-functional Tools dependency, you don't really need any of that code for the rest to be usable. These are a few lines in the Def files in the mod folder, just remove these blocks from the code.
You will lack some of the advanced functionality, but all weapons and armor still work just fine for normal play.
otherwise would it be possible that the zat rather than stun if it could make the enemies unconscious and if we shoot them more than 2 or 3 times in a row they die. I think it would be more realistic compared to the series.

Which is why its taking a bit longer. Id rather do one push to the series then do more updates here and there
