Report a translation problem
The reason of this that when target stay nearly at the horizon, or it's a tiny target (it's hard to aim on them on a distance, i think there has to be a slowing the turret movings when zoom is maxed) - turrets starts to do the harlam shake.
P.S. Commanders camera has to be slowed too. And at most of the time it will show "2" range.
