I've been playing around with magic mods lately and have decided to share this next spell with you guys.
This spell does about 300 damage on normal terms. Any perks upgrades or mods can change the amount of damage

This spell also costs NOTHING to cast.

The tome can be located right out front of whiterun on the little bridge. Be Warned: the spell will continue to fire after casting, obliterating anything in its path (not a good idea to use this in towns).

Kagrenac is it outside whiterun or inside ? Because the tome isn't located in either of those 2. Why isn't it there ?

Can you make it cost a proper amount? With my skyrims difficulty, this would actually be perfectly balanced if it would just cost, honestly whatever amount of magicka 1k,2k,3k it really dont matter to me, and expert or maybe master level of course.
