[VJ] Mafia 2 Police SNPC

This VJ addon adds Mafia 2 Police officers. I've been playing some Mafia 2 recently, for some reason, I wanted to make the Police Officers from M2 into NPCs.

VJ Base is required for this addon to work, see "Required Items"

4 total SNPCs (Hostile and Friendly)

• EBPD Officer (75 health)
  
• EBPD Tactical Officer (90 health)

Weapons

• Colt 1911
  
• .38 Special
  
• 1928 Thompson
  
• Remington 870
  
• Wooden Baton

• Dynamic footsteps.
  
• 20% chance that their hats will fall off upon death.
  
• 100 voicelines.
  
• Death animations.
  
• SNPCs can become a medic at random (1 out of 10 chances).
  
• SNPCs has various Melee Attacks.
  
• Killicons for weapons.

• vj_m2_aggressive_tactics [0/1] (Def is 0) - Police NPCs will rush at their enemies and will not seek cover if attacked.
  
• vj_m2_deathanim [0/1] (Def is 1) - Police NPCs will have a chance to play a death animation upon dying.
