That particular problem happens whenever an npc from the Borderlands 2 pack is killed, resulting in the model freezing in place and giving this error. This problem happens with other addons as well, such as a necromorph npc from the deadspace addon. I have tested the addons in every way possible, (reinstalling, disabling all other addons, etc.) I am lead to believe it is the update that is causing errors because a lot of the npc addons, (such as the Borderlands 2 addon), have not been updated for a very long time.

I just wanted to let you know, whatever recent update that has been made to your VJ base addon, I think, has been breaking some npcs form different addons. Such:

im using a mod that replaces combine soldiers with vjbase npcs in campaign maps, it works fine but this error is spamming my console
