Simfphys based Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 with detailed lights and working blinkers on different bodykits

-Working detailed lights
- Car's specifications were changed according to the real R33 GT-R I've tested different methods to tune car to be more similar to the real on. I stopped on kg/hp ratio and max speed .
- Featuring 4 seats.
- RB26 engine sounds
- Working blinkers on all bodykits
