This collection connects Back 4 Blood and Left 4 Dead into a single universe. There are also addons from other games: Dying Light, Dead Rising. But a lot of emphasis was placed on the connection of the games Left 4 Dead and Back 4 Blood. It will be added in every possible way with new addons and patches. You can use the collection for your own purposes. Before using, make sure that all addons are enabled and also disable all your extra addons that are not in the collection, since the collection may conflict with them.
