Plattenbau WBS70 WH6G/PH12G No.1

Hello Folks,

today marks the 2-year-anniversary of my first upload on the workshop, the WBS70 Plattenbau Hochhaus.
2 years later, I can finally present you the updated version, which is now up-to-date with my quality standards.
A huge thanks to all of you who supported me on this 2-year journey!
I made a big "thank-you-post" with an anniversary edition of the PH12G, come check it out!

Included in this pack are 4 cube blocks and 4 tower blocks, all on a 3x3 plot.
They originate from the "Bezirk Frankfurt (Oder)", where they've been planned and built. Many of these buildings were also built in (East-)Berlin.


The 8 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"FFO" sorts them to my other assets from Frankfurt (Oder).
"WBS70" stands for "Wohnungsbauserie 70" or "building series 70", "70" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"WH6G/PH12G" specifies if it's a cube (WH=Würfelhaus) or tower (PH=Punkthaus) block, and the number of floors.
"-##WE" indicates the number of housing units (Wohneinheiten) per building.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building.



The 8 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "FFO WBS70" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
Every building has colormapped tiles on either the facade or balconies, 3 close to original colors included.

Here's a list of all the HEX-colors used:

• brown: 654537
  
• orange: AD8144
  
• white: FFFFFF

All straight blocks are flush with at least one side of the lot, most of them on both sides.
When placing the buildings next to other blocks, Move It might be required.
The buildings can be used with the RICO mod. They are level 2 and 4 high residential buildings with 30 to 55 homes each.

The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendiously cut down on file size is advised!
