Meet Vivian Zhao! probably the most friendly operator at HLGS if not the most combat trained. She was one of the persons who pressed most for HLGS involvement with SIGMA. we are grateful for this and as such should use her when needed. however her combat experience comapred to others is lacking. TLDR she's green but prepared. take no chances with this operator unless backed up by a capable other or the mission isn't too high risk. if you wanted to break HLGS's cooperation with SIGMA this is the operator where that result is likely to arise.
