RE2 Survivor & Infected Name Changes

~PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION TO USE ADDON PROPERLY~

This addon replaces survivor names with Resident Evil 2 characters, and special infected names with enemies from the Resident Evil series.

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Name change mods stay in effect until the game has reset. Once it has been activated, you CANNOT switch between name change mods or return to the default names while the software is still running.
-To return to default: switch off the mod, then restart L4D2.
-To switch name mods: turn off the one currently in use, restart L4D2, then activate the name mod you wish to use.

I wanted to use other RE2 character names for the L4D1 characters/B-side campaign, such as the Ghost Survivors, Annette Birkin, Marvin Branaugh, Ben Bertolucci, etc., but there aren't any models for most of these characters, so I have them as S.T.A.R.S Bravo Team for now, since the B-side characters are all expendable (they can all potentially die) and Bravo Team all dies in canon anyway (except for Rebecca). I will update this as more character options become available.
