Like, T3's appearance makes sense because he's an older droid that's been through some absolute madness between Kotor 1, the Ebon Hawk getting blasted prior to the Prologue, and everything in between.
Conversely, it also makes sense that C3 is just a newer model that got lucky in the attack. Beyond that, it doesn't matter as they never reappear in a way that would make T3's appearance taking C3's role seem unusual. In fact, it kind of fits better since the droid gets permanently destroyed.
But replacing T1 with T3's model is just silly, like why would a Czerka executive officer have a beaten-up, scuffed-to-hell droid handling all of the most important data?
...Hm. There's an idea! What if you gave T3's (beaten) appearance to C3 (Bronze), T1 (Yellow) to T3, and C3 to T1? Basically a triple model swap so it doesn't look weird that the Czerka exec has a beaten up droid?
