Hidden Potential

Description
Automagically alters the stat growths of all soldier classes to be more random.
Unlike the older Hidden Potential mods, this works it's magic OPTC instead of via manual configuration, so it even works on custom classes.

Has a few config options for stats and classes to skip, or to limit how much more random they become.

Will only take effect for newly promoted or rebuilt soldiers.

The mod doesn't seem to work with Legend difficulty.

How does this mod interact with a class mod that has built in hidden potential, if I don't exclude them?

I ask because I'm curious if this mod just ignores that mods version and replaces it, or if for some reason, it would double up on extra stats?

Is there a way to modify this to allow for randomly gaining an armor on level up?

@zin It's different because Not Created Equal randomizes them when they are spawned. After that they follow the base game level up stats. This randomizes the stats they get on level up

PBNCE only affects units "at creation"
Hidden Potential affects the unit at each new rank

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

pretty sure RPGO moves most or all stat growth to the point buy thing, so this likely won't do much there.

Does this mod work with RPGO? Not seeing any changes when ranking up my soldiers
