Reefer Containers for Refrigerated Cargo

This mod makes the unused SCS 40' reefer container usable for all refrigerated cargoes, and adds 20' and 2x20' variants for double trailers and short carriers.

Compatible with SCS container carriers and flatbeds with container pins, and Krone Boxliners.

Works with owned trailers as well as my Freight Market Flatbed Doubles mod, which will add double, B-double and HCT trailers to the market.
