Removes the mutual exclusivity for the "Supremacy of Technology" and "Supremacy of Will" focuses as well as the "Carrier Warfare Experiments" and "Supremacy of the Battlefleet" focuses.

Also, some of Japan's focuses have been changed to 35 days instead of 70. I don't recommend playing this mod on historical if an AI is controlling Japan as it can cause Japan to enter WWII a lot sooner than usual.
