Emmmm... you free fuel tank storage need power to run and the power meter broken,I think something was change after new update.You better check it for other bug.
The small harbor work normally.

The harbour has some fuel in it.So maybe the power issues.

Oh. It may! I might have forgotten to make it not require power. That or your ship is out of fuel in which case it will not unload.

The ''Large wooden harbor that sits parallel to the shore'' and the ship can fit it ,they still can fit more longer ship from sight.

The wooden pier can only unload vehicles that fit on that boat you see on the dock. Unless you mean the larger pier?

Wooden pier cannot unload the Mark E truck from ship.
