The SMS Hauptmann from 1906 is a light cruiser in service of the German Empire from 1906-1918. After the war it was removed from the German warship register and scuttled in Scapa Flow.

The ship has a full interior, damage control systems, working engine and an autopilot.

I have no idea why the life boats don't swim so regard them as something decorational I guess
