This mod only changes the visual assets of randomly spawned weapons. It doesn't change core weapon stats or how they spawn, so it shouldn't break the core mod. If Weapon Overhaul changes what weapons can spawn randomly it might conflict, though I think WO uses scripting while I directly editted ItemProgressionVisuals. Worst case scenario, one mod will cause weapons from the other to stop popping up in merchant inventories and random loot drops, though that shouldn't affect any uniques or any fixed items in any merchant inventories.
