Description
So I found an easy solution to your "wtf happened to my addons" problem whenever you joined your first versus match.

Simply changes all RestrictAddons values to 0. This lets you host a server allowing addons for any gamemode whether it be versus or scavenge.
Official Dedicated servers will not work because Valve runs the servers (Obviously).

Highly recommended for Solo Achievement Hunters (Left 4 Bots & Competitive Bots DS required), creating Viewmodel hands for your Special Infected Model, or some extra fun with your friends.
