Fixed Ballon and Spring Endo textures

If you are having problems with the addon, try the following steps:
1) Clear the download cache in Steam
2) Delete all addons from the "addons" folder in the game files
3) Unsubscribe and subscribe to addons again
4) Don't forget that weak computer hardware also affects the game
5) Reinstall Steam

it actually didnt do any thing before: just neon white after: still neon white for phantoms and spring endo

ok well after using it for awhile it seems it only sometimes works sometimes it still broken and sometimes its not i dunno whats up with that but its fiNE i likE boTH ENDO COlOurS

do you need to uninstall the old materials, or keep them?
