It gets veeery easy and fun once you get the hang of it,ofc you need to be creative.
In my case,i worked with 3d for few years so i know what im doing,als some of the models in my mod i made them or retextured. So yeah,again,if you have no clue what you're doing find some tutorials,its the best way to go. Good luck with it
