Just Name Lists (3.4)

Description
Just Name Lists (3.4)

This is a port of Just Name Lists by EdFromEarth, updated for version 3.4. Please see the original mod page for details on the mod.

All credit for the lists goes to the original creator, EdFromEarth. Stellaris' name list format was changed in 3.4, presumably to facilitate localization; this caused errors with JNL, so I wrote a little script and converted the JNL name lists to the new format. It's been some time since the original mod was updated, so until it is, I thought it might be helpful to provide this fixed version. If the author objects to this version, please let me know and I'll remove it.

As a side effect of the conversion, localization is indeed much easier - if you'd like to translate one of the lists, all you have to do is copy the corresponding file in localisation/english and fill it out.

Compatibility

For whatever reason, name lists go in the common folder, which means name list mods are not ironman or achievement compatible. It should work fine with any other mods (unless they add name lists with the exact same names).

Bug Reports and Such

Should you find any objects or characters that have a blank or buggy name (like "%O% Drone Guards" or something), please leave a comment and tell me which name list you were using. I can't guarantee that I can handle any mod compatibility issues, but I can always try, so feel free to mention those as well.

@thoth, you could always upload a patch mod and make this be a dependency

figured out what's wrong, apparently the ruler_names = {} section has been phased out entirely, including for hives. they just use regnal now. is it okay if i upload a 3.12 port of this mod with the fixes?

everything seems to work except for the robot namelists? the leader names seem to only use the suffixes

Just found out this exists so I have been stuck with the original JNL mod until now. Thanks!

Surprisingly, the original still works haha!

@doctor t, @Devito, does chaing $O$ to $ORD$ not work?
doctor t 29 Mar, 2023 @ 2:17pm
doesn't work :(
Devito 22 Jan, 2023 @ 2:53am
In the localisation file, the sequential numbers are "$O$" but changing them to "$ORD$" seems to fix it

I think there's a bug with a lot of the name list's sequential names. They're not "1st XY, 2nd XY, 3rd XY". A lot of them are just "1 XY, 2 XY, 3 XY" etc.
