Description
Gets rid of many prescripted empires. If a prescripted empire is not removed, ping me with the mod's name and I'll likely add it.

NB: Humans cannot be removed, it's a hardcoded limitation.

Could you update this, there are no other "No Prescripted Empire" mods out there that work right now.

@Dukkokum This needs updated, PDX decided to merge the Prescripted Counties species DLC into one file.

i get it if i make 21 races i need to make 28 why because the game needs the extra races to make other groups. the exact amount forces the game to use generics. note to self for 24 races i need to make 30.

they are not in the the start up but when i generate a map half do not appear the half are generic out of 24 half are generic game generated.
