Aimable Traveling Slash

Description
Someone asked for it, so I deliver. Just makes the Traveling Slash weapon alt ability aimable. That's 'bout it.

Incompatibilities:
Anything that changes the lua for TravelingSlash and Empowerment.

Also turns out I forgot to upload the version of this mod with the Empowerment fix, so that's funny, but like, it took people over a year to notice soooooooo guess pretty much noone cared lol

Works with Traveling Slash, but doesn't seem to actually change the Empowerment function.

can you make it shoot bombs that spawns many more bombs next
