Internal Border Checkpoints

Description
This is a set of two checkpoints for creating internal borders within your republic. One checkpoint has both pedestrian and road connections, while the other has only pedestrian connections. Citizens can pass through the checkpoints in either direction.

Note: Because vehicles often fail to correctly route via pass-through buildings like these, the road vehicle checkpoint does not have a formal road connection. Instead, you can easily place the road alongside the checkpoint. If the road is aligned appropriately, the building's fence connection looks great.

@ Swotoro This building is actually taken from one of the customs houses! It appears as an outbuilding in the small or medium customs house, if I recall correctly. (The community has been permitted to use vanilla game data in mods.)

@ Ale is Yum! Unfortunately, there's no way (yet?) to selectively allow/prevent movement through a building like this one.

The checkpoint works exactly the same way as the fountains do: people can walk in through any entrance, and walk out of any exit.
