Description
The City Hall for the City of Richmond British Columbia, Canada. The facility opened in 2000 the house the municipal offices for the City of Richmond. The building was designed by DIALOG Services and features a 2 story atrium and seven story office tower fronted by a large public space which includes a large water feature.

I have to agree with Dahl. The designs are great, the textures are not.

some people improve in things like texture quality over the years of making models. I guess you are not one of those people.
