OUTDATED Imperialize and Legitimize a Submod for Thrawn's Revenge (Updated for 3.2)

**NOTE:** A version with the Disney Canon heroes will be uploaded seperately soon.

This submod adds more heroes to the Imperial Legitimacy mechanic from the Original Expaned Universe with more heroes coming soon. Certain heroes such as Ars Dangor will take a slot in Living Imperial Leaders in the Empire, allowing the Empire to have Co-Leader and backup if the main leader of that era is killed. Should Nivers be recruited by Zsinj's Empire, he will now take a slot in Zsinj's Empire's Living Leaders, allowing for him to take command of Zsinj's remaining forces and give more roleplay value to the faction if Zsinj and Melvar are killed in your GC playthrough.
