My first time went flawlessly so I was confused as to what went wrong.
First issue I ran into was there not being a heretic despite there being an agent alive. I believe it happens when the person who was initially the heretic on plague doctor's clock is active and killed before WN breaches.
Second issue was the heretic reverting to a non-panicked state as soon as WN breaches. I can't confidently say what causes this, but after using the memory repository (and thus getting rid of the original heretic from the facility) it stopped happening. Not sure if having the OG heretic die in a previous day has the same effect as deleting them like this.
Best advice I have is to do it on a memrep day, hire 12 new agents to get blessed, kill WN with confession, memrep and then follow the guide as usual.
Side note i used other gear (censored) and it didnt do well. I think gold rush better. Better use something with good aspd else will get bored waiting.
