Research Submarine NCS-11

A very versatile submarine for research and exploration purposes. This submarine has two arms that can extend and are controlled with the camera. One arm has a welder, the other has an end-effector. Its fairly quick, and very maneuverable, with controls to move every direction.

Main Pro:
Very good for maneuvering around small spaces and exploring things such as caves.

Main con:
Airlock drains very slowly, and the ballasts cannot be drained when relatively deep underwater. I recommend not using the airlock if you are deep, or just simply don't use it at all underwater. I could not fit many pumps for the airlock, or for the ballasts.
