For everyone who stills enjoying this mod I have updated it in another mod of the Workshop. I wasn't enable to update this one.

the promote culture is no longer working for me as a 30 day task.

I did an extensive test and found that Councillor's Experience Trait will not work with this mod. This mod WILL work very nicely with Auto Increase Control though.

A Rescue Penguin's update isn't working anymore, so I updated it for him (unless he comes back)

I've made an update to this mod that makes it compatible not only with the most recent version of the game vanilla, but also with the auto conversion, etc mods.
I also have a compatibility patch that works with MGR, and I am currently working on figuring out compat with the experience trait mod.
