download the crowbar source engine tool:
https://github.com/ZeqMacaw/Crowbar/releases/tag/v0.74
if that link was removed just look it up it's on github and go to releases and scroll down and download the file that's not the source code
Now, open it and go to the download tab. Put in the URL of the workshop item you want, and set where to download it to, then click download.
Next, switch to the unpack tab, and choose the file you just downloaded. Then, click unpack near the bottom left.
Now, just copy the materials and models files to your sfm workshop folder at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop
and you're all set to use the models in SFM!
