Runestones help spread your religion across the land.

Runestones are unlocked with writing

Runestones adds the Greater Runestone and the Lesser Runestone

The Greater Runestone is a wonder that provides +6 faith, +3 happiness and 10% increased total faith generation in the city in which it's built, additionally.it doubles religious pressure from the city and grants a Lesser Runestone in all cities (this includes the city with the Greater Runestone as I haven't figured out a way to not have that happen)

Each Lesser Runestone grants +1 happiness, +3 faith and increases total faith generation in the city by 5%, additionally it increases religious pressure from the city by 50%.

That would work as a temporary solution until I figure out lua

Let the default be that the city creating greater runestone also gets a leser runestone, just reduce the benefit of the greater one to balance it out
