Stalker Unit (2.0)

Description
Adds character: Stalker Unit, a roaming Mini Boss with stats ranging from upper 70's to lower 90's. A reward of 1 AI Core and 1 Old CPU unit as death items similar to downing a Security Spider.

They wander the Ashlands, Greyshelf and Sonorous Dark solo or in groups of 3. Edgewalker Katana's are their weapon of choice. They also are equipped with a lantern for night time. Hats are enabled for race: P4.

Like the Errorbot Police, they will chase you all over the map until they eliminate you. A red enemy dot will appear on your map.

2.0. Removed from Greyshelf. Reduced the spawn rate in the Ashlands and Sonorous Dark drastically. They are now proper mini Bosses - Mini Cat-Lon's that roam around. Removed the hat and swapped out the Katana for Falling Sun.

No just make them respawnable viable endgame units. Just restrict them only to follow you only in Ashlands and Sonorous Dark in order not to cheesy exploit by leading them to Cities only to get killed by guards. I really like how you gave them Falling Sun instead of toppers in order to make them more challenging. Make their stats to 80-90's to make them even more challenging and terrifying cause ai cores are precious and rare.

Yus. Though I found them annoying after a while... like maybe I'll change it to a unique group of 3 who only spawn once.
