Proficiency Plugin : Field Support Officer

This class is built to fill a different kind of support role for the Proficiency suite of classes. It focuses heavily on being a Force Multiplier. It is inspired by, and builds on, Iridar's Keeper class, and also shiremct's unreleased Supply Officer, and also takes on the Proficiency Marksman's role of Spotter/Holotargeter.

"Field Support officers are experts in the field of battlefield support. They bolster their allies and direct fire towards more vulnerable enemies. They pair either an Assault Rifle or Vektor Rifle with the Holotargeter."

The Field Support has a reduced spawn weight for Rookie Promotions. However, a config has been added so Rescue Resistance Leader mod chain can award Field Supports, up to a max of 2 in the barracks.
This mod also includes a configuration file that means when Rescued, Denmother will be a Field Support class rather than her default Keeper class. This means the Keeper's GTS perk will be unusable. If you want Denmother to still be a Keeper, please delete this config.

• Supply Run - Using Resupply Ammo or Bandage Throw on an ally grants a movement only action.

• Adrenaline Rush - Activate to gain an additional non-movement action (useable even after dashing) at cost of a -25% damage penalty for the rest of the turn. (Think Run N Gun with a damage penalty)
  
• Low Profile - The soldier treats low cover as high cover.

• Phase - Grants the Shadowstep and Reposition Abilities
  
• Sprint - Activate to gain an additional movement-only action point. Free action with 4 turn cooldown.

• Decoy - Grants a free Mimic Beacon.

• Reposition Ally - this is Denmother's Reposition ability (that pulls allies with the grapple gun). I have altered it's localisation slightly so as to prevent confusion with the base Reposition ability provided by Proficiency Pack, as used in Tactical Flexibility tier 3.

• Overwatch - Focuses on making the Field Support an expert at Overwatch.
  
• Support - Focuses on active support skills.
  
• Spotter - Focuses on marking enemies through use of the Holotargeter or Battlescanners.

At Colonel, the Field Support has the following stat increases:

• +5 Aim/Defence/HP
  
• +10 Dodge/Hack
  
• +15 Will

• Dedicated Pistol Slot - Supported.
  
• Psionics Ex Machina 3.2 - Supported via Dedicated Pistol Slot, or if using 'Grading gives psiamp'.

• RustyDios - Modpreview and Tactical Flexibility perk icon.
  
• Shiremct - Proficiency Class Pack, which this adds to/requires, and permission to release it.
  
• Ketaros - for the class icon.
  
• Iridar - for Rescue Denmother and the Keeper class, which this adds to/requires, and permission to release it.
  
• MEME Discord regulars - for advanced testing (especially PowerGirl), and generally being an awesome bunch who always show great support to our modders.
