Neutroamine Cooler

Description
An upgrade to the passive cooler as a spacer-tech, power-free solution for keeping food cold and fresh. Or medicine, or corpses, or whatever else; I don't judge.

Called a 'chemical cooler' in game and requiring advanced fabrication as well as air conditioning and passive cooler techs, it runs on neutroamine and so solar flares won't mess things up.

Artwork by Newton-Panda on Discord, while the XML was done by myself.

@k Either you check it out by testing it on a new save or by assuming it has the same rates as a passive cooler so it's 10 neutroamine per day.

I'd say that a passive cooler that uses chemfuel wouldn't make sense. I'm sure there's an argument for it but I wouldn't be making anything like that. In addition there is a mod out there that is called Makeshift Cooler that might be what you're looking for.
