Survivor Burn Textures

Feel the guilt of burning your friends to death! Sitting in any fire source (except incendiary ammo) will gradually char the survivor more and more until it hits the opacity max (around 3 seconds). Effect lasts until the next map transition or survivor respawn (defib, rescue closet)

This mod is a bit rough around the edges, namely because source's decals/overlays are hard to work with and you can't have more than one on a model at once. Which means bile on a survivor makes them look like they weren't burnt and bright colored shirts makes the burn look blue. If anyone has a fix for these please let me know.

These will conflict with anything that modifys the survivors vmts
