L.A. River Paint decal pack inspired by the paint markings commonly found on the L.A. River. I'm not sure what the purpose of this paint is but it's all along the river, maybe someone can tell me in the comments below. The decal pack accompanies the L.A. River Network Pack on my workshop page.

It's mostly graffiti that's been buffed (covered up) by the city
