Description
This mod adds 4 new suits in 2 model variants each to be used as end game replacements for the available divingsuits:

Engineering PowerSuit
- Similar stats to pucs
- Auto injector slot
- Uses ship oxygen if available
- Built in ship/electrical monitor
- Slot for carrying Rapid Fissile Accelerator
- 2 slots for simple tools
- Increased ship repair speed

Exploration PowerSuit
- Similar stats to combat suit
- Auto injector slot
- Uses ship oxygen if available
- Rated to 8000m
- Built in sonar and health scanner
- 1 slot for beacon (must craft powersuit specific beacon module and activate it b4 equiping)
- 1 slot for plasma cutter

Combat PowerSuit
- Improved stats when compared to combat suit at the cost of some movement speed
- Auto injector slot
- Uses ship oxygen if available
- Built in thermal goggles
- Small increase to weapons skill
- 1 slot for any type gun
- 1 slot for 2 grenades of any type

Fatboy PowerSuit
- Much Improved stats when compared to abyss diving at the cost of greatly reduced movement speed
- Auto injector slot
- Uses ship oxygen if available
- Built in thermal goggles
- Built in ship/electrical monitor
- Increase to weapons skill
- 2 slot for any type gun

These suits use fusion cores for power and movement speed is greatly reduced while unpowered, fusion cores can be recharged like a regular battery.
All suits feature 100% radiation protection and are safe to handle Volatile Fulgurium Fuel Rods.
Stats and abilities are subject to change for balance purposes.
Please do report any bugs and issues you may find, as well as post balance suggestions.

The armor models used in this mod are recolors from the 2 following mods and are the property of their respective creators, and will be taken down if requested by their owners.

Yes, it is possible to make a version without batteries, but the little balance that i could come up with was centered around the fabrication cost and the battery management, both of which are still very easy to deal with, id rather not remove those disadvantages or make weaker versions of the suits since the bots wont take advantage of the extra funcionality of the suits anyway and as for weaker versions there already is the PUCS ingame and from my experience if you manualy put the pucs on the bots they will never remove it themselves(might be wrong).

Would it be possible to make a version in which the non-combat powersuits work like PUCS intead? Kinda like steam powered instead of fuel. I believe this may allow bots to wear them constantly. Or slightly weaker versions made for bots.

It should work like vanilla diving suits where the bots will unequip diving suits to prevent oxygen or in this case the fusion cores from being depleted, as far as i know theres no way to force them to keep the suits on at all times except maybe if the suits were changed to not use energy at all, but id rather keep them the way they are cause i feel they would be even more overpowered without that.

Ah that makes sense, I barely figured out overrides myself lol, next best thing perhaps would be a pocket for a scooter

That is a neat idea and ill look into it but i dont know if it is possible since what you can do with "normal" modding is fairly limited, i would probably have make use of Lua for barotrauma and that is beyond my capabilities.

These are great! Love the beacon ability on the exploration suit.

One suggestion I have is a "Travel Mode" for the explorer suit, possibly as a toggle like the suit lights and lets you travel as fast as a scooter when holding space. Nice mod, hope more people use it!
