In White Lie, hunters scream alert the horde.
This is not a script, whenever horde is alerted a hunter scream sound is played. It might trick you into thinking a hunter is spawned lol

This is exactly what the cut special Infected "The Screamer" would have sounded like and would have done this Exactly, The Hunters Scream is recycled from The Screamer
