I recommend using these 4 perks:

Once you load into a lobby, take a look at the survivors. If they're on steam, take a look at their profile. If they don't have steam, judge based off of who they're playing and what items they're bringing to decide who your first victim will be. Anime profile pic? First victim. Nea with a flashlight? Get on my hook

The first step after loading into a game should be to determine where the basement is located; either main building or shack. If you brought a bloodied blueprint or a torn blueprint, the auras of the basement hooks will be shown to you. Make your way over towards the basement

Once you've spotted a survivor, close the distance between you and them and try to down them with your chainsaw. If they're better than you then pretend to farm and maybe one of the idiots will fall for it.

Once you've downed a survivor, cautiously pick them up, being mindful of any flashy flashy or a pallet save. Bring them to the basement and hook them on the back hook

This is it, this is what we've worked so hard for... Stand still.
Look the survivor dead in the eye and let them know they're in YOUR lobby. Hit them on the hook and shake your head a few times, this is an art form and the survivor is your canvas.

Deliberately going towards me while you're supposed to be hiding from me → get a strategic waiting
Finish a gen in front of my eyes → get a strategic waiting
Auto-healing in front of my eyes during a chase → get a strategic waiting
If the map is survivor sided → everybody gets a strategic waiting
I'm in a bad mood → everybody gets a strategic waiting
Leaving your teammates to die while they're on hook → You get 5000 sweet escape points!"
