[LYN] VE Factions Disabled by Default

About
This mod makes factions from Vanilla Factions Expanded disabled by default.

You can still enable them yourself at the world creation screen.

Only disables the factions that start with bases visible on the world (it won't affect the VFE Mechanoids faction nor the VFE Ancient vaults).

@Witch I usually play 30% coverage map with the RimWar mod which makes the factions fight eachother on the world map and send troops and stuff. It gets really messy on a small planet with like 15 different factions. That's my reason for liking less factions anyways.

Sorry for asking but isnt more faction usually better? More traders and stuff. Or does the game have a hardcoded limit. Might be why mine runs like shit now

@Colonel.EXE - Oh i do plus other stuff to sift out any higher tech stuff until i am advanced enough for it. Basically i play in a more "civ" style.

@Hydromancerx Use cherry picker, it's a great mod that lets you remove stuff you don't like from other mods

Yeah, I made this mod exactly because I love the content from Vanilla Factions Expanded -- except the factions themselves.
