Army Smoker for correct L4D2 Campaigns

Description
This mod makes SirWololo's Army Smoker only appear in Swamp Fever, The Sacrifice, The Parish and Cold Stream.

For Swamp Fever, he's a hunter or fisherman. For the Sacrifice, The Parish and Cold Stream he's part of the military.

@MagtGd Sadly I don't know how to make that work, and I don't think that works for model changes, only retextures. This includes a model with it. That's why I didn't include the Passing at all. I also think that the default Smoker color scheme fits very well with the Passing's mostly purple tint.

@MagAgent3 I can do that! I didn't even know there was a skin like that.

If he appears in The Sacrifice, why don't make him appears in The Passing map 3 too?

Works on all servers normally except Versus.
