go ahead, also it's not that the map is fullbright, it's that the models don't have detailed shading, the entire model just goes darker if it's in a shadow etc

Thats okay, tbh the lighting on this part of the OG game wasn't spectacular anyway either so it doesn't look that far off besides being full bright.

Also I may use the Osmund Saddler drgbase nextbots to simulate a final boss realism gmod video battle against him on this map, could make for a interesting piece of fan service, a idea I had :) for my youtube channels gmod realism series.

if only i had the map files for those i could connect them in blender, real csm won't work too well as the skybox is there, lighting will be garbage because it's a model instead of a world brush, elevator can be done, now that i know more about models themselfs

CSM mod kind of improves the lighting slightly, awesome to see this ported only wish it had some additions like ai nodes and navmesh, working elevator, and the underground passage way leading to the water exit that can actually be droven out by boat or jetski. But of course this would all be a bunch of work. Some great ideas though.

It's awesome but phew the lighting and visibility is questionable. Exact port though! Maybe my extended render mods and the extended renderer brightness 0 command from it will help bring out the contrast and colour, lighting between objects more.
