Aim and Shotgun sounds for Thirdperson Fix

Description
Separate function from Claucker third-person mod, and now mantained again.

FEATURE:

- Shotgun sound on third person fixed, for ALL shotguns, custom included. Works online.
- Aim Fix on local host/solo player while you are on third person. Bullets hit where the crosshair points, no matter if crosshair is visible or not. Doesn't work online if you aren't the server.

it's because it uses VSLib, you can use a newer version of this mod that doesn't override VSLib mods:
