Inertia Parachute

Description
A parachute I made when I completely forgot the existence of the already present Parachute. Charge the batteries if needed, might provide enough power for the inertia parachutes to last a little while. One button activates the larger fuse and inertia cubes and one activates the smaller fuse which detaches the parachute from Charles, the smaller fuse and buttons are on physical layer 2.
