[ABANDONED] Human Atrocity

Description
Inspired by this post on reddit. This mod makes all species using a Human portrait appear as the same species with different subspecies.

You will also be able to change the citizenship rights of subspecies to your own empire's dominant species. Please see the Purge/Enslave Your Own Subspecies mod if you want this feature as a standalone.

I'm asking because I wonder if subspecies of your main species shouldn't get, for example, Latent Psionic when you take the Mind over Matter perk. Obviously, you don't want that.

Does this mod does anything beyond displaying human portraits in the same group on the species screen ?
