Luciferium Mood Boost

Description
Adds a 'Nanomachines, son' mood boost to Luciferium.

It is save game compatible and can be removed at any time. It should be loaded after any mods that change luciferium.

@GamingBallOfficial, just tested it and it works. I've updated the supportedVersions tag to have 1.4 listed.

Also, the mod now has a packageId, I didn't see that was added as a requirement for mods. Better late than never I guess :)

besides this mod, I have just Luci heals more! and Craftable Luciferium installed, I believe
